A function was held in the Faculty guest house where six faculty colleagues who retired in the recent past were felicitated for their relentless service to the department. Prof V. Seshadri, Prof R. K. Pandey, Dr A. K. Raghav, Prof P. K. Sen, Prof S. K. Gupta and Prof Y. Nath were felicitated during this function. The function also extended warm welcome to newly married faculty colleagues viz. Dr M. R. Cholemari and Radhika, Dr Vikrant Tiwari and Nimisha. The function was followed by dinner.
